We are not a mass merchandising, high volume store.  Our focus is on the needs and wants of the consumers who live in our neighborhood.  We have a comprehensive selection of domestic and imported Vodka, Specialty Vodkas, Whiskey, Bourbon, Scotch & Single Malts, Rum, Tequila, Brandy, Aperitifs, and mixers.  We also carry some niche wines that are not generally available in North Atlanta.  We also have a basic selection of beers as well.  Our goal is to provide you with the premium beverages that you want.  If you will let us know what your preferences are, we will be happy to stock it for you.

How John’s Creek Liquors Came to Be

John’s Creek Liquors is essentially a second career for John and Leti.  In 2011, after working 28 years in the enterprise software industry and traveling approximately 60% of the time, John decided to take a short sabbatical to recharge his batteries and decide what would be the next big thing he would pursue.  While he had achieved a lot of success in the software business, he simply was not too enthused to jump back into another pressure packed software company where he would have to spend the majority of his time travelling and being away from his family.  Shortly after New Year’s 2012 Leti suggested that they consider finding a business where they could work together for the next fifteen or twenty years.  In a typical fashion John went off and studied a number of businesses that he and Leti could run together.  After considering a number of options, they settled on the idea of opening a small neighborhood liquor store.  They liked the idea of a business where they got a chance to meet and get to know a lot of people and where they could provide highly personalized service.  John and Leti looked at purchasing several existing businesses, but in the end decided to find a great location and open a store on their own.
